Priced at hanging weight of approximately 650 - 750 lbs. You can expect to receive a yield of approximately 390 - 450 lbs. of finished meat.
You will be charged based on actual hanging weight. This DOES NOT includes processing fees.
Typical cuts includes several roasts (3-4 lbs each), multiple steaks, plenty of ground beef, short ribs, and soup bones.
